QUALIFY AS A WILDCARD COMPETITOR FOR THE GWA WINGFOIL WORLD TOUR EVENTS THROUGH THIS VIDEO ENTRY SYSTEM
We currently select wildcard competitors for each event through a video entry competition, adjudicated by the GWA Wingfoil World Tour judging team.
The best wildcard applications will be selected for each event.
If you are not successful in being selected for the first event, your video will be automatically moved forward and entered into the wildcard application process for the following event. (You don’t need to upload the same video for wildcard application for each event.)
If you manage to shoot better tricks through the season, you can upload another video.

VIDEOS REQUIREMENTS
- Select your three best tricks or waves that reflect your ability to compete in the current Surf-Freestyle or Wave format and put them into a single video
- Don’t edit your video with special effects or music
- The video file should be a .mov / MP4 format
- Don’t worry too much about video quality. We are looking for trick quality. So having someone film you on their phone is very acceptable if that’s your only option. The most important element is that we can see the trick clearly.
