Judge and former windsurfer @bennyh57 has passed on his passion for watersports to his kids, who are debuting here in Costa Brava at the GWA Youth World Championships in the U14 category.
The opening ceremony marks the official start of our seven-day double-header event, but more than that, it brings together young athletes from all over the world, creating a strong community for the up-and-coming Youth World Championship!
Everyone’s released for the day. We haven’t had much action on the water, but plenty off it! The official opening ceremony is about to begin, and here’s the schedule for tomorrow (CET):
- 10:00 Seminar - 11:00 Skippers Meeting - 12:00 First Possible Start
We made it to round 3 of the U14 boys, but we’re now on standby, waiting for the conditions to improve. That said, the fun and good vibes are still going strong!
